Flex Pack specialises in the design and manufacture of a wide range of liquid filling machinery for filling bags, bottles, pails, 200-litre drums and IBCs, sizes range from 1 1,000 litres. These liquid filling systems, used most commonly for food products, are also suitable for a wide range of chemicals or non-aerated liquids. Flex Pack has now developed a liquid filling system for 200-litre drums and 1000-litre IBC containers such as the Chep box, Pallecons and others. The system is a semi-automatic unit that requires an operator to manually load the bag into the mechanism which then automatically decaps, fills and recaps the bag. This process is fully sanitary and the system is CIP compatible. Suppliers of complete turn key systems for those clients who prefer to have a single point of supply and Flex Pack then assumes responsibility for the commissioning to ensure the line meets with operation standards.
