The introduction of the T320 extends the line of Bobcat compact track loaders to six. This new vertical lift path loader features a significantly larger engine and a 1451 kg rated operating capacity, making it the largest compact track loader manufactured by Bobcat. Bobcat says that its 92-hp liquid-cooled diesel engine means it has more horsepower to perform better in nearly every application.
The extra horsepower, coupled with rugged rubber tracks, also gives operators the muscle needed for tough pushing, digging and grading, says Bobcat. In addition, the track system provides extra traction, reduced ground pressure and low ground disturbance, with superior flotation to extend contractors’ work seasons. The machine’s 457 mm wide rubber tracks produce just 29 kpa of ground pressure.
The T320 has a lift height of 3,276 mm that follows a vertical lift path, allowing it to load trucks easily. The unique design of the low-profile lift arms gives the operator an excellent view of the attachment and work area.
The T320 is equipped with a hydraulic system that produces 80.21 pm. The company says that operators can quickly and easily change between the more than 40 approved attachments for the T320 with the standard Bob-Tach attachment mounting system or the optional Power Bob-Tach mounting system.
The loader is outfitted with a transversely mounted engine for single-side servicing. It also has permanently lubricated idlers and rollers that require no maintenance. In addition, adjusting the track tension is accomplished simply by adding grease to the tensioning cylinder.
The unit comes with a fully adjustable suspension seat and has state-of-the-art instrument panels that provide operational, diagnostic and monitoring features. The optional deluxe instrument panel includes a keyless-start security system, lockouts, digital engine hour and job clocks, a multi-language display as well as a “help” menu. Cab options include factory-installed heat and air conditioning.
